2. The user will select the plan from available plans on website and make payment

3. On successful payment the sms and email credit will be added into user account

4. The user will be able to create his own alert text

5. this alerts will be sent to user himself at his selected date time

6. This way user has facility in his own hands to set alerts for himself

7. These alerts can be for due dates vas you know if a due date is missed there is penalty by utility company on user

8. Our service will protect user from these penalties by reminding him

9. there is no activity on website except some adv in future once the traffic on site grows

The payment gateway required to collect subscription and topup recharge amount from users

Refund policy

1. If you are a existing member of "www.duedatealerts.com" and you have activated a plan then it is non refundable

2. you can't transfer your sms's and email's to another "duedatealerts" member account.

3. you can select one or more than one plan, new balanceof sms & email will be show on your profile link.

4. Any charges mentioned in Topup a new subscription or recharge plans will be deducted including taxes.

5. No refund of money will be done of the order cancle has been charged.

6. if customer terminates his/her account no refund will be given for balance in his/her duedatealerts.com account.

7. customer is responsible for using credit card at his own risk.

8. if a third party credit card is used duedatealerts.com is not responsible for any complaints from card user.
